I don’t necessarily need my room cleaned every day but I would like fresh towels daily. Having said that, housekeeping is provided on request but I felt like a bother to request it daily. One of the perks of being on vacation is having my room clean and bed made when I come back from a busy day. If I wanted to make my own bed I would...

"This is a great property for families. We have stayed multiple times and enjoyed it every trip. It’s very close to Disney but far enough away that you don’t have the Disney craziness. The property is small and quiet. Having separate rooms for the kids is great and keeps life peaceful in the hotel room. Overall the property is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Last time the maintenance guy even offered to help me carry luggage out to the car as he went by on his golf cart."

"The complex is huge and the buildings towards the front are newer and nicer and resort is located close to Disney. Plenty of space and a washer and dryer in the room which was nice. Our pool experience was not so great. Not enough seats or umbrellas. Someone was blasting their own boombox at the pool and the pool towels were itty bitty. There is still a deposit hold on my credit card after a week of checking out. Also be aware that when you get your parking pass, you have to go to another desk...

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The room is in the middle of everything. Food, drinks. Shopping and Disney!!!! Couldn’t ask for a better hotel stay. Pool was open and very clean! Perfect getaway for the family. The host responded asap when I needed something"

"No one monitored the main pool. Only the last river was monitored by any lifeguards. There were anywhere from 5 to 10 kids jumping into the pool over our heads or continually jumping in besides us. There were not enough umbrellas for all the tables and it was extremely hot with the sun beaming us in over 90 degree weather."
