"Staff: They were very warm and welcoming. They were always ready to assist. Room: The room was pretty clean. The flooring had some areas that was cracked, hollow or was detached from the base - but that didn't take away from the experience. Breakfast: We enjoyed seeing the Minion dance at breakfast! However, the buffet was basic, we would have loved more variety. We stayed for a week and it was almost the same things every morning. Kid-friendly: We loved the playground and the game areas and our kid loved it even more. This is the perfect place for children. They even had a foam party one of the days we were there and it was a blast."

"Only disappointment.The relaxation pool was freezing water.It used to be a lot warmer.Also was meant to be the quieter pool.A lady had a five year olds Birthday party at the pool.When enquired was told it would be handled.Nothing happened."

"We loved this hotel! You honestly wouldn't have to leave if you didn't want to. Great pool and 2 hot tubs. The perfect kid play area. The walking path around the property felt a little unsafe. We wished it was better marked. The staff was beyond friendly. Loved the access to Starbucks and a variety of meal options. We also enjoyed the fitness center. We would stay here again!"

"We have stayed at a lot of Disney properties, and this was equal or better to most of them. The rooms were massive! The property was very clean and there was a lot to do. We were surprised at the value for the money! Lots of pools, pretty good food options and a huge market on property made last minute food items easy to access. The staff were friendly and they were able to accommodate us for an early check-in. We already booked our next stay! This will be a go-to for us for sure! "

"Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable (bus schedules for drop offs, pickups, property activities for particular nights etc) Catching park shuttle was a breeze. Room was nice and clean. No issues at all"

"Didn’t get to enjoy the whole thing because they were working on it so much and of course that is not in the advertisement and then the surf thing. You literally only get 30 minutes the whole time you’re there so not worth it if you asked me and then a little bit of rain they shut everything down and the staff was so happy about it kind of rude. If you ask me as soon as how were the ones spending money."

"Do not believe that they have a shuttle to the park. The departures and returns are so very limited and nearly impossible to secure. We ended up paying for Uber every day. Breakfast was a plus. Staff was very friendly. Hidden resort fee started charging at 415 am on the first night, when asked the said "oh, we'll give you a $5 dollar credit for the store" where an energy drink costs $8+. Just be weary, despite being less than 2 miles from Disney springs, it is not easily walkable (and I am someone who walks 2-3 miles from my hotel to Disneyland parks)"

"It was a quiet location , and only 10 minutes drive to epcot, the bathroom shower head was partially plugged, when the air-conditioning came on it sounded like a helicopter taking off at times. The first thing they did was offer a time share presentation for two hours, to get some free stuff . We went and almost 6 hours later, the presentation was over, it was the first day of our vacation and we were tired, they held on to our driver's license until we finished the presentation. The music was extremely loud in the background . It almost felt like psychological tactics. Regretfully we purchased the timeshare. The staff were nice and friendly though."
