Our room was ready by the time we arrived, the floors looked like they weren't cleaned properly, maybe a once over. The shower faucet looked like it needed some maintenance (caulking was worn out) and the tub didn't drain very well. "Very disappointing experience at Club Sevilla. We reserved a room that was advertised as having one queen bed and a sofa bed for three people. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not prepared or converted into a bed. I went to the front desk expecting housekeeping to assist, but the staff told me that guests are expected to set up the sofa bed themselves. I have stayed in many hotels and resorts and have never experienced such poor hospitality. The hotel displays signs offering guests a $100...
