"Room muggy smell upon arrival Air conditioning at 60 still warm in room Dirty clothes found behind couch Housekeeping tried multiple times to enter our room at 9 am when checkout is not till 11. Thank goodness we had deadbolt activated so couldn’t get in. Breakfast buffet was good especially Mickey waffles that were different flavors. Hot tub had live bugs coming out filtering drain. Hallway carpets dirty never swept in our days there."

"The pictures of the room I booked did not match the room I was given. We were sent to “ building 2” which the room was musty and not cleaned well. The room was very out dated and needed renovation. Being a solo parent traveling with a child, I didn’t have that sense of safety here especially with the parking being in the back. We arrived 30 minutes prior to the 4pm check in and the line took an hour and half to check in. Best part of our stay was how happy my son was for the pool and free...
