I believe it was Valerie who was there each day and she was so kind. Note I had a big problem with the check-in. You have a spray that's perfume me. "Very nice for families. We always stay at the Little Mermaid 1st floor rooms, the rooms are showing a little age but we like the new Amazon echo feature, “hey Disney, order room items…,” and you can receive linens and towels for example from housekeeping. The grounds and pools are immaculate. We’re excited to hear that the Little Mermaid rooms will receive renovation sometime in the coming years! We’ll be going for years to come to the AoA!"

"Amazing 5star check in and I felt at home as soon as I checked in. We are a gay couple with our fur baby and checking in was amazing and the front desk treated us amazing to even the maintenance gentleman. I will be back because you guys treated us as family and we felt welcomed compared to your sister motel in the front were that manager ivy is rude and better then anyone else. We moved over here because we get treated like family not like customers."

"The hotel is very nice, but the layout to get to the rooms is very long. If you're on the upper floors and looking back, you have to walk a lot to get out! The breakfast is very good, the pools are very nice, the only drawback is that they don't have microwaves! The location is perfect! But they should open the back staircase or install an internal elevator! They have an elevator, but you have to walk! For the price and the location, it was worth it! And one more thing: the front desk staff...
