"Room was a fantastic size for our family. There was ample space for all of us. The washing machine and dryer was so helpful. Could come back after big days at the theme parks and do a load of washing every night. It was so clean. Staff were so helpful. We had trouble with our hot water when we checked in. Maintenance came and fixed it within 15 minutes. Location is fantastic for both Disney and Universal. Highly recommend. "

"The room is very spacious. The sofa bed could be improved for a more comfortable night's sleep, but it does the job. Sometimes it was difficult to find a table for breakfast, although that's understandable considering the holidays. Options for breakfast were good. There's plenty of parking available, the hotel is kept clean, and we found it to be a safe place. I would consider staying here again."

"really loved the affordability of this hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have the Bonvoy App to ease the check in and out process. Very close to the Disney parks, we did have to take an Uber every time since their shuttle has inconvenient departure times. I recommend this hotel. Deposit is 150 per stay. "

"Place is great and clean. Has a good facilities in place. We love the location and surrounding area. Also very near to old town (only 7-10 minutes walk). Good security in the complex. Staff just okay, no smile but does not bother me."

"Very modern, clean and the rooms are huge. There’s plenty of amenities (pool, hot tub, lazy river) and the biggest flatscreen tv I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. The staff was great at checkin (thank you Fernanda!) and there EV chargers here! A huge plus in my book. We will definitely be back. "
