"We stayed two nights at Melia Orlando Celebration in April. Front desk gave us a parking pass right after we told her we didn’t have a car. One of our access wristbands broke in half about 12 hours into our stay. The room was clean, and the free shuttle to the theme parks was a great bonus and one of the reasons I booked here in the first place. However, the shuttle only had two pickup times from the Disney parks in the late evening 8:45-10:00pm, and we are adults visiting with no kids and don’t need to close down the park at night, so we ended up getting an uber back. The onsite restaurant is absolutely not worth it. The safe in our room was not working, so I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my valuables in the room. Ice machines are only located on one floor, and the one in our building was broken with a sign saying to try an ice machine in “another building” (there are 4). The pool and jaccuzi were dirty. There was also a group of teen-20’s boys hanging out in the pool/jaccuzi who were not staying at the hotel; they were discussing which local hotels and resorts had the best pools and don’t check if you just pull into the parking lot and walk right in. This hotel charges a “resort fee” which was just over $30/day at the time of our stay. This fee is for use of their “amenities”. This is a completely dishonest practice; the reasonable room price was offset by additional fees on arrival. We vacation in Orlando frequently, but we will not choose this hotel again. "

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. My room was clean and comfortable, and it was clear the property is well maintained. The breakfast was great, with tasty options that made it a nice start to the day. My only disappointment was that there was no shuttle service, which would have made transportation much more convenient. Overall, it was a positive stay thanks to the clean accommodations, great breakfast, and kind staff."

"El cuarto tenía un olor un poco raro desde que entramos . Está ya es nuestra segunda vez en el hotel la vez pasada estaba mejor el cuarto . El desayuno bueno especialmente el señor de la puerta que te recibe súper amable siempre que vamos nos encanta que esté en el lugar todavía. El lobby súper bien la atención en si el hotel es bueno pero esta vez sentí que la limpieza de el cuarto no fue buena ."
