"Not sure if this hotel offers cancellation insurance but I highly suggest you purchase it. My flight was cancelled and I could not get another flight out. My hotel stay was only 3 nights. I reached out to the hotel requesting a partial refund (1 or even 2 nights) due to the cancellation being out of my control. They were unwilling whatsoever to work with me. Terrible customer service and policy."

"Staff did not give me a quiet room after I asked her and I was right on time 3 pm check in plus I wrote a note to hotel before I even came .the time before the lady gave me a very quiet room on 4 th floor on the end ..this time 2 floor and right next to a family of kids that blasted TV after 1130ar night the first night it was around 230 am the noise stopped. The second night we couldn't take it anymore and packed up and left right then and there..now the hotel will make excuses that no rooms...
