"Clean room, tidy and modern. There was Ac but not fully working. Bathroom was clean check in was easy. Nice area. We booked a king room however it was just 2 twin beds pushed together with an annoying gap in the middle."

"Excellent property with great air conditioning. The neighbourhood was very safe with excellent shopping and restaurants within a short distance. Most importantly, the underground was just a minute or two by foot."

"The position was excellent, a couple of streets from Harrods’ and close to 2 tube stations as well as the V & A, Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Very spacious with huge comfortable beds, balconies off the bedrooms with table and chairs and air con in the bedrooms. Absolutely great in all respects. Be awakes though that there is a quite large security deposit and they also ask for ID on arrival."

"Large room with nice bathroom but the carpet is older and should be replaced Safe in the room was truly tiny and not able to be used- they need to put a bigger one that can hold a regular size laptop. Staff was friendly but they had our name and reservation wrong when we came down for breakfast and confused us with another and we had to ask and recheck several times and then they did finally find that we had paid for breakfast but if we hadn’t rechecked we wouldn’t have had it included...

"The service was outstanding from arrival to departure. We had a lovely room and enjoyed the special Penhaligon’s products in the bathroom. Breakfast service was flexible and we could enjoy the start of the day also on the amazing rooftop terrace in the sun."

"The bad: Not a real front desk. An office down a hall with a door that was once locked. Staff unavailable at check in time and ignoring all the people waiting in the front hall. Record breaking awful heat wave in the hit London during our stay. No attempt to provide window box fan to draw in night air or to get portable air conditioning units. Floor fans in the rooms helped but not enough. Bedrooms have one electric outlet only. Living room and very modern kitchen have many outlets. Why not put...
