"Hotel is located just minutes off Via Toledo and is 5 minutes from Toledo metro. There are good access to restaurants and shopping. The room is extremely comfortable and the breakfast in bed is fantastic. The choice and quality of food is worth at least EUR10. Paola and the staff are very friendly and helpful."

"The room was very comfortable for our family of four, with a queen bed downstairs and two twin beds upstairs. Everything felt updated and well maintained. The bathroom was fine, although it did get humid quickly. Since it’s a bed and breakfast, staff isn’t on-site at all times, but that wasn’t an issue — they provide your own set of keys so you can come and go freely. The property overlooks a very beautiful garden (not part of the property), where there are two very friendly dogs — our kids...

"Le Gemma was the perfect spot to stay to visit historical old town. Centrally located on Piazza Dante. Easy access to the metro. Gemma is a superior hostess. So friendly and helpful with suggested places to eat and visit. Our second time in Naples. We’d stay here again!"

"We had a very special experience since we spent New Year’s Eve here. The balcony is breathtaking and we will always remember the fireworks and NYE celebration and toast to the new year. "The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient as well (e.g. walkable distance from Archeological museum of Naples), and also metro station is close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. "Hotel receptionist and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I felt like they went above and beyond for any requests we made. We were able to check in a little earlier and this made our first day! It was very nice of them. The location was perfect! We walked to most of the tourist attractions. Tons or bars, restaurants, shops and cafes in walking distance. The only downfall was there was an odor in the downstairs bathroom which we addressed. It smelled like a sewer.
