The hotel is located in a congested area with limited vehicle accessibility but staff helped us with our arrival. "We drove from the airport. Did not know that GPS does not help in Old Town. Too often went the wrong way down one-way street and had to back out. Drove around and around trying to find the hotel. It’s down an alley with no sign on the little tiny street. Luckily, I inquired in advance about a parking lot. Without that name, we might still be driving around! Next time, don’t drive into Old Town. Let a local Uber get you there. … also, like other European small hotels, this one is on the third...

"We stopped in Naples overnight and stayed here with a taxi strike looming the next morning. The staff was wonderful, made arrangements for us to get a taxi before the strike starting in the a.m. and gave us a large breakfast bag to go at 5:30 a.m. Also a good location for us to get to see a small but great shopping section of Naples and the streets."

"The balcony has a view of a very busy street, lots of traffic noise. Cannot keep the window open."

"Room was pretty basic but clean. Heating always came on when you left the room which meant the door to the balcony had to be opened to cool the room down and as you can imagine in Napoli the smoke and exhaust pervaded the room all night. The breakfast room and spread is very good so no complaints there. If you're driving access can take some getting used to but once you know where to park it's pretty easy and convenient."
