"今回はルームオーシャンフロントダイヤモンドヘッドというお部屋に2泊しました。 7階でエレベーターホールに近い部屋にアサインされた為ダイヤモンドヘッドは海側半分しか見えず海を見ようとするとオーキッズとラメールのレストラン棟の白く広々した屋根が目に入り景観的には残念でした。 このルームタイプの場合はチェックインする際に8階以上をリクエストすると良いのではと思います。 サービスはとても細やかでお部屋のお掃除、ターンダウンサービス、レストラン、プールサイドや車寄せのスタッフの皆さんは親切で満足のいくものでした。"

"Staff was very attentive and polite. The resort sits right in the middle of Waikiki. Only down side was meals were less than filling. For the cost I feel that the food and portion size were small. Breakfast was very unsatisfying however the restaurant called Eggs & Things is only two doors down. Overall stay was 4.5 star"

Cuando ya estabamos por irnos Richard y Emily nos ayudaron con nuestras cosas a subirlas al carro, hablaron con mi hijo, sin duda alguna regresaremos de vacaciones a este mismo lugar. "Room cleaned daily. Staff changed the filter to the ac after the first night wasn’t cooling properly. It was much cooler and comfortable after that. Friendly staff. Great pool. The beach was great and just outside the hotel. Great location for city life, shopping and restaurants."

"Lawrence at check-in was awesome. Great property, great time. No stress. I think thats all you can really ask for in a stay. Everything else the village provides is just the extra comfort really. The service was excellent everywhere we went and I didnt even have to bat an eye in regards to knowing we were taken care of. The view from the room. Wow.. truly remarkable. We watched the sunrise on our last morning. It was awesome. Thank you for making our anniversary and stay awesome....

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at—100/10! The value for money is incredible, especially considering it's located right next to the beach. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the ocean-view room offers an absolutely breathtaking view. The location is perfect, with restaurants, plenty of food trucks, shops, the beach just a few steps away, and lots of fun activities nearby. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more...

"Do not stay during this renovation. Construction work everywhere, unable to use elevators in a timely manner. And the stinch from the garbage cans near the beach access was disgustingly to smell to say the least. The smell traveled through the hotel hallways to the elevators. Only thing nice was the renovated rooms. Wish I would have knows how bad the construction impacted our stay .first time ever to Hawaii and I was extremely disappointed in the hotel"
