Reconciling the cost of taxes on the Expedia application and the hotel/apartments would make BLR Villas Dover Beach a 10--location, cleanliness, and price. In a great position looking out to sea yet close to the bus stop to get around the island. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful.
