"I did not use any of the apartments facilities. At Check-in they stated that staff available 24/7. The apartment was basic. So please dont have any expectation and take facilities with a pinch of salt. You have to pay for laundry. Toiletries were for 1 or 2 uses only. "I went for my birthday and I was solo. The location was a bit far from tourist things to do. However, the hotel helped setup taxi and have a shuttle which I used a lot to get into town or go the beach. Akiel the driver always was on time and professional. When you first come in and see Shevika at the desk. She remembered my birthday and always kept a smile on her face."
