"We really enjoyed the stays in the hotel Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Great location which is just beside the plaza and easy access to everything. There is a lounge my husband love to go and rest, lovely. The staff gave my baby a lion doll with the hotel name on it the day we checked out. It made his day. Very sweet"

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."

"This hotel had all of the potential to be the perfect end to our trip, but unfortunately protests during our stay made it hard to enjoy everything around the hotel. Obviously this is no fault of the hotel but important to note because from what I can tell, this may be a recurring issue, so it should be considered. "We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here "

"Breakfast was lovely, and the view from the salon very interesting. Room was ample, although it didn’t have the extra bed the title suggested. Staff was attentive, but they missed a couple of minor things. Would stay again, though."
