"There was a shoe print on the sheets. The bathtub was dirty. There was approximately a 3/8 inch gap between the door and the door frame to the outside which was letting in quite a bit of cold air. We were unable to increase the room temperature The room we were given looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. We will not stay in a Red Roof Inn in the future. "

"This was a perfect location! We took our 2 year old to a Blues game and to do lots of activities at union station. We were able to walk there, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, our room was very hot - the thermostat said 78°. The first night we just dealt with it, but since we were paying a decent amount and staying another night I decided to ask for it to be looked at or possibly change to a different room. They said they didn’t have another room, but got someone from maintenance right...

I got vouchers because I paid for breakfast in advance but could see what my bill would have been and I paid more when booking the room. "

"The room was dirty and not comfortable. The bed only had one pillow and a super hard head board that you keep hitting your head on during the night. The pillow was not comfortable and felt like it held in heat. The area did not feel safe. I had one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had at a hotel.
