"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had checking in at any hotel ever. There was no one at the desk when I arrived around 9:00 pm the window was down with a sign saying no rooms available. A young lady walked up from the hall and said yeah we don’t have any clean rooms, so I said it’s a reservation she said I heard that but we don’t have any clean rooms. There was not an ounce of concern or care, she had on some shorts and a bonnet on her head and the attitude matched the presentation which is sad and disgusting. She kept telling me that I booked through a third party and they will let anything go thru just to get paid and they will refund my money once she cancels the reservation like us not having a place to sleep after driving several hours didn’t even matter. I contacted the property directly on their phone number and that guy said well if they don’t have clean rooms that’s why she’s telling you that like it’s acceptable. Then hotels was telling me they can’t help me because I chose pay at the property which I didn’t I prepaid online. So this was a horrible experience I had to drive around and find and pay for another room which is ridiculous. Never again will I book here nor recommend them to anyone"

"The common area’s windows, carpets, entrance doors, elevators all needed a good cleaning. The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed not to mention shampooed. The room was somewhat better, but stuffy and the shower left a lot to be desired. The kitchen area looked relatively clean but we did not use it. The main dining area in the lobby appeared somewhat better than other common areas in the building. I rated 2 stars because the room wasn’t quite as bad. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Do not stay here. It seems as if the owners live here and stay up all night running up and down hallways. It was horrible. I rarely give reviews but thought I needed to review this place as a warning for others. "
