"The manager was so helpful and helped us book an extention to our existing stay, so that there would be no need to switch rooms, like at most hotels. This was a real help to my husband who is traveling for work."

"Room was clean, but outdated. Construction to some areas which had the workers propping the doors open. I didn't care for that security wise. Hot tub was hot but no jets working. Pool was ice cold. The breakfast was decent. Not alot of options.but it's included. Asked where a good place to eat and was told cracker barrel, cmon man. For the price ok. And Walmart you can walk to it."

"The front desk staff and the lady that prepared breakfast was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. That man that prepared breakfast, was constantly complaining about having to work and it was busy. The entire inside smell of cigarette smoke and very musky damp smell. The elevators didn't work properly, you can definitely tell, the upkeep is lacking a lot. For 2 people they only gave 1 washcloth for 3 nights. The carpet was dirty and sticky, just nasty looking."

"This hotel was so disgusting and unsanitary, we cancelled after the first night and went elsewhere. And when we were told to contact Expedia for a refund, they refused to authorize the refund. There were bugs, mold, and literal poop smeared in the floors of the bathroom. And to be told that we could have the two nights refunded that we did not stay and then now being told we cannot be refunded, is scamming at its finest. Do not waste your time or money staying here."

"The staff was great, check in was a breeze. We stayed in the 1st floor as we had our dog with us. The room was clean no smell. We stayed one night. The price was great. There is parking for pulling a trailer. It is next to the regional airport, never heard the planes in the room Typical breakfast. We would stay there again."

"Beds were comfortable. The room was perfectly clean. Staff was nice enough. For a standard hotel it was fine. Then atmosphere was off though, didn't feel like a Margaritaville property, it felt a different hotel chain with Margaritaville's name slapped on it. The restaurants didn't particularly feel like the usual Margaritaville fare. The bar by the pool was very disappointing, I ordered a piña colada and it wasn't what I would expect form a Margaritaville, and it was $17 bucks and I'm almost curtain it has no alcohol in it."

"There were people loitering outside the hotel by the entrance and in the parking lot. There were roaches in our rooms and on two occasions, no towels."
