"Breakfast was hot, well stocked"

"The perfect spot for our family with young kids. We were able to stop in for naps, wash laundry - detergent was provided - so we could pack less, and cook meals instead of having to eat out with babies. Located a quick walk from the go station so catching the train into Toronto was super quick and easy. We ended up with a large rental vehicle so parking in the underground parkade was pretty tight but we were able to fit. Overall it was clean and quiet and we had a great time!"

"Great choice of hotels, one of the few coming down in price. Eventually usage rates will plummet and if you get in at a good price right now people will be using the hotel more."

"Hotel view was beautiful and the room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The room had a lot of things that needed to be fixed and our check in wasn't the greatest. The room wasnt ready at check in time which was completely fine and were asked to wait about 5 minutes which we were okay with. We waited nearly 15 mins and asked again as we had to leave for a specific time. (during the wait the employees were arguing it was a little uncomfortable) We asked if our room was ready the agent had no idea and we continued to wait, we were going to ask to leave our items and have them put it in our room as we were running out of time but after alot of confusion they spoke to someone who I believe was a room attendant supervisor who said the room has been ready and they called it down but we weren't informed. We would definitely stay again, the hotel is nice and the room suit our needs however im hoping the employees arent as argumentative with eachtoher as it was a bit awkward."

"Never stayed. Tried to cancel a few days before due to a family and it was denied even if I took a reservation at another Comfort Inn in another city close to the family emergency. Not very compassionate. We stayed at another Comfort Inn in Belleville."

"Last minute choice to stay in Burlington and I chose this Best Western. Great location for the 403 or QEW. Nice size room, clean and a comfortable bed. Easy walking to Scaddabush restaurant. Very close to the place I had to be at in the next morning. I would return."
