No towels or soap in the room. Towels were brought to the room when we asked for some. Coffee maker in room but no coffee or cups. Hand print on bathroom wall above toilet. Shower faucet handle came off when I tried to turn on the shower. I was able to re attach it and proceed with my shower. Multiple stains on sheets and towels. Staff was great. Room was quiet, which we appreciated.

Room cleanliness was lacking. We had limited toilet paper (1 half roll and 1/4 roll) with no extras, and no ice machine, there was one in the hall that didn’t work, was told the other one was taken out. Checked in at 3:30pm, expecting a ready room, since check in time is 3pm, but towels, shampoo, and conditioner were missing. Staff said they'd bring them 'soon' - took about half an hour brought them. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. Would not stay again.

The room and the hotel itself was very nice and very clean. Good for a short stay. The negative was that they only gave us one bath towel and one floor towel for two people. You also need to bring your own toiletries as there was no soap in the room at all, not even hand soap to wash your hands after using the bathroom. And we were only given 3 little packets of shampoo. They are also right next to a homeless shelter so there are a lot of people begging for money on the street around the hotel.

The room was dirty and dindgy. There were two towels that were so grey they looked like someone somewhere had washed floors with them - and no face cloths. The halls looked as though they hadn't been cleaned for years. There was no mattress cover or bug cover on the beds. Some room doors had broken locks hanging off the doors. There was only one lightbulb in any of the lights. The bathroom did have a light. I guess that was a bright spot. Our room door was opened with a code entered into a panel on the door. We ended up leaving right after the function we attended and drove home the two and a half hours in the darkness. I do not recommend anyone stay here ever!

Very old, not the cleanest. Chair in the room was all ripped, the desk was all marked, there were burn marks on the side table. The door lock wasn’t great very flimsy. Pictures online do not match hotel. No elevator. Hallways smell. White towels were stained with purple and pink spots like hair dye or makeup.

I booked and paid for a room and when I arrived the room “was not available at this location” so I was put into a dark, cold(no heat), dirty (no towels, no toiletries, nothing) the bed was broken, linens were unwashed. Experience was awful.

Entrance to the hotel was alwsys locked. Had to phone staff to gain entrance. Lock on rooroom door was a nightmare if a nightmare was even attainable over the noisy room heater and constant noise from all the banging on the ceiling from the room above me. I had to.put a chair against the door and sleep in my clothes as I didn't trust the lock. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay awake all night.

Front desk at arrival was rude and unwelcoming. Window right next to the bed looked straight into people's yards. Gross shower. Practically empty vending machine. A piece of the AC was broken. Garbage left under the bed. Only one light in the room turned on. Toilet tank needed opening and manual adjusting every flush. Might actually be the worst hotel we've ever stayed at.

Again, if 😴 in your car is possible do so. Do not use and associated services (Expedia) you will not get any money back. The front desk service, well not service. Completely different rates of deposits from credit to debit. Really sketchy. No breakfast. No water cups. Coffee, across the street at Tims. Rooms are dirty. No coffee, or soaps and towels are optional...not really. First room was so dirty, smells and no cups, tv working and let's not discuss the bedding. The table looked like it was used in wrestling match. This is make change management a realty,or close up and blame yourselves not the economy....if you have other options, do it.

The bedding was not clean. When I arrived, there were no towels in the bathroom at all. It was obvious this room was not cleaned. Never stay at this place!!! I am even more appalled that Expedia has anything to do with a place like this.

I first the room is OK. It is not the grade and the second. They took our deposit from the visa and they haven’t returned our deposit and whatever they return is less and it took me 10 days by calling them daily and then they returned it and I just checked out from the room in one hour because it is a smell over there and it was a very very bad experience in that hotel. I recommend nobody would stay in that hotel, and also they haven’t returned a deposit.

I couldn’t stay, and I am waiting for a refund! This place shouldn’t even be on Expedia, honestly. It’s a very bad quality motel! The hallway smells like weed, very strong! Very dirty and gross, garbage on the floor in the hallways, also bottle of alcohol. And when we finally got inside the room, it wasn’t properly cleaned, the washroom smelled like pee, and the toilet wasn’t clean. Also the bathtub was dirty, even the pillow case had a stain, that honestly looked like blood. A lot of things broken, even the drywall. I took pictures of everything! I don’t recommend anyone to stay there!

I do not know where the pictures on this ad came from, but let me tell you it was not the place we stayed! This place was dingy. The room was DIRTY - there is no way the bathroom had been cleaned in some time - spray along the mirror from toothpaste and I do not know. The toilet had dried urine running down the front of the bowl. The shower was super grungy. There was no bulbs in some of the lights and we asked at the front as we left for the night - even offered to replace the bulbs ourselves when we got back if they just got out bulbs for us, but nothing. The air conditioning was on full blast and unable to be stopped on a night that was -10, so we were freezing - we did ask at the front too, but no one even helped they just said the remote was the one that "should" work. The bed was like an upside-down pyramid - the frame was smaller than the box spring, which was smaller than the mattress. We certainly had some laughs about the place, but if you actually care about where you are staying, DO NOT book here!
