"Since you enter in this property you feel welcome and at home. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they help you in any possible way. Alvin, at the front desk, went above and beyond trying to answer all our questions and solving all of our problems. Rooms were tidy and clean, perfect for our family, the breakfast was great and even the day that we were going to miss it because of early booking for another activity they took care of putting it in a bag to go. "rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."
