"Easy parking, right in front of room. Rooms were very clean. Front dest were very friendly. A bit outdated. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Price was great. "

"I like the hotel due to its location (free trolley), pool, hot tub and breakfast. However....Although I stayed 9 nights the room was "cleaned" only once and I am not sure the sheets were cleaned or room vacuumed at that time. I received towels and coffee directly from the worker. I removed my own trash. I reported the situation to the management. The same leaves in the hot tub remained during my entire stay. The place is deteriorating and management appears not to care. Since I received no response I am finally posting my review."

"The room I was staying in had roaches, crawling on the walls.And when I removed the refrigerator from the wall approaches were coming from underneath the refrigerator I called the office. The only thing that the office did was remove me from that room to a different room. Don't see how they can put another person in that room after I complain about roaches"

"Front desk ladies are very nice and helpful The housekeeping was very good! The rooms are big and I could swim at the pool, which needs a bit of maintenance. Overall I had a good stay,one night or two is ok more I won't advice because some guests are not very good and you could feel a bit insecure. But for the price it's a good option!"

"We didn't end up staying. The pictures are very misleading on the website compared to the area the supposed 3 star hotel is at. From the outside, this is more like a 1 to 2 star motel rather then the other. My only complaint is the misleading pictures. This hotel sits right across the street from a very rough neighborhood. Security may be good at the hotel, but last thing anyone wants to worry about is their belongings while staying."
