"Hotel was nice! Very quiet and clean. Location was close to a lot of places to visit. The only thing was parking that was annoying but thankfully we found parking in front to get things out. Staff helped us get the luggage’s which was great!"

"The front desk associate, Amia, was pleasant and helpful. She made it feel like we were her personal guests. Clarence, another associate, was friendly and informative, The property was clean and beautiful. We loved the pool and pool bar as well. the neighborhood is quiet and walkable. With that said I have stayed at many hotels all over the city and the Henrietta is my new favorite. It was clean, new, quiet. The views of the streetcar were so nice. The coffee shop and lobby was great, and the room was top luxury you can get in a city like New Orleans. Can’t wait to go back"

"Great 5 day stay for a 50th birthday celebration in a great city. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean, etc. No complaints. We loved the Chandelier bar and all of the restaurants and room service were excellent. The location is great, close to everything. The King bed had the crisp cotton white sheets I always look for in a quality hotel and the bathroom and in room amenities allowed the two of us relax in style and get ready for our various dates and excursions with a mirror in both areas. "The staff were really very helpful relatable respectful went out their way for all request that alone gives them a 5+ Well, I didn’t like was there were no irons to iron my clothes it just had steamers and I’m not used to preparing my clothes with the steamer and also I think they need to give microwaves in the room so that you can keep your coffee hot"
