"I absolutely love almost everything about this hotel. It was spotless, beautifully designed, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The chicken salad was delicious, and the latte art on one of my coffees was a wonderful touch.
From the moment I walked into my room, I was impressed. The television welcomed me by name, which was such a thoughtful and personalized touch. I also loved the in-room iPad that controlled everything from the temperature to the lighting—it made the stay feel modern, seamless, and effortless.
This was my first time staying at this property, and I was in Washington, D.C. for a convention. My daughter has stayed at the Seattle location, so our family is becoming very familiar with this brand. Their hotels are consistently charming, and the art, design, and overall aesthetic are simply beautiful.
My only suggestion—and the one thing that would make the experience perfect—is to have a small coffee maker, like a Keurig, in the room. Having to go downstairs first thing in the morning for coffee was my only real drawback.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return."
