Germantown hotel guide. Independent hotel in Germantown, Ohio

"The rooms are outdated no effort has been made to repair or upgrade the basics. I had to switch rooms 3 times. The first room had no hot water the shower flow was a stream with no pressure. The second room had bugs when I told the front desk she told me Ohio is known for stink bugs it is April this is known for in cold winter months. But I think that is not an acceptable reason they should do better. They did move me rooms but it was no upgrade we settled it was late and it was 1 night and unfortunately we won't be returning"

"Just needed somewhere to sleep before my flight, staff was helpful, didnt have breakfast or do laundry. Good experience, I traveled solo."

"Pool wasn't working due to a mechanical problem, which was a disappointment. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working. We didn't want to change rooms so they loaned us a fan to use. The breakfast was very good and the staff member taking care of it was very helpful. Very good location- there are numerous shopping and restaurant options in the area."

"Breakfast is as very good. The big problem was this place allows pets and it was obvious. Not the cleanest and I heard some dogs barking. I don’t understand this and will more than likely never stay in this type of hotel again. "

"The front desk lady was not a friendly person. She said I have to have 100. Deposited on top oh what I already paid. She gave me my key to the room didn't tell me where the elevator was or how to get to our room. Later on I when down and ask for extra blankets and they didn't have any Please explain to me how a hotel doesn't have extra blankets. Thank you Brenda"

"Small clean rooms. Quiet hotel. Minimal breakfast options. Very close to kings island. I would go back "

"Do not let the lobby fool you. It’s nothing like the rooms. Good for a quick over night stay. I would not rebook."
