"Viceroy has nice rooms with basic amenities. The shower head is pretty lacking. The housecleaning staff did a good job. The front desk personnel are not very well informed. They are courteous. One of them mislead me on availability of parking. One day they had some form of jackhammer going next to my room and the receptionist did not even make an attempt to find out what it is. All I got was a shrug. I had to leave for a few hours.
The good thing is that it is close to the Mall and all...
