"Beautiful luxury hotel with a perfect location, and intimate settings. Nice rooms and amenities. Excellent service everywhere, very efficient at the pool and beach bars. Very good breakfast, upscale buffet. Terrific a-la-carte restaurants with exceptional staff. Nice spa and excellent massages (Maria and George). Only one downside : a very slow check-in process. Highly recommended."

Mehrere Pools, in verschiedenen Größen und auch verschiedene Tiefen damit auch für jedes Kind etwas dabei ist, 1 Minute zu Fuß vom herrlichen Sandstrand der zum Resort dazu gehört, umfangreiches Buffet, sowohl beim Frühstück wie auch bei den anderen Mahlzeiten, unglaublich großartiges Services, sehr freundlich, 100% Weiterempfehlung! Und der Aqua Park der inkl. Ist - ein Highlight für Kinder! Gerne wieder!"

"We had a fantastic relaxing time at Creta Royal hotel. Hotel staff were very professional and attentive. Hotel and room were spotless all areas cleaned everyday. Food was amazing both at breakfast and dinner with lots of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians something different everyday. Desserts were also varied and enjoyable.Beach and pool areas were wonderful. Enough chairs and parasols for everyone. Bus number 20 is 2 euros into rethymno old town easy and accessible. Bus is evey hour....

"Eigentlich alles perfekt - bis auf das Essen. Bin wirklich nicht verwöhnt, aber sowohl Fisch als auch Fleischgerichte waren IMMER nicht genießbar: zu Tode gegrillt oder gebraten. Kein Saft, kein Geschmack, hart & zäh. Ferner war das Live Cooking im Restaurant aufgrund einer fehlenden leistungsstarken Abzugsanlagen eine Räucherei der Gäste. Hier ist noch ganz viel Luft nach oben. Würde das Hotel aufgrund der Küche nicht nochmal buchen."

"Wir hatten eine Suite mit Privatpool. Das Hotel liegt abseits von der Innenstadt, die man jedoch mit dem Bus im halben stündigen Abstand gut erreichen kann. Eine einzige Taverne ist fußläufig in der Nähe, wenn man auswärts essen möchte. Das Essen wird im Buffet angeboten. Das Personal ist immer nett und höflich, aber es gibt viel Personal was kein englisch, deutsch oder selbst griechisch sprechen kann. Die Verständigung war somit schwierig. Das Putzpersonal ist unfähig gewesen frische Handtücher...

"Das Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen! Es ist deutlich runtergewohnt, man bemerkt überall dass es die beste Zeit hinter sich hat, sei es bei den Bädern oder beim Essen, es wird sehr gespart. Dazu ist die komplette Animation auf französische vom Lookea Club! Andere Gäste werden hier ausgegrenzt, selbst bei Nachfrage bei der Animation wurde uns gesagt dass die Animation keine Erlaubnis hat, anders sprachige Kinder zu betreuen. Am Abend keine Internationale Unterhaltung, nur französisch.Der Strand...

"On y passé que 1 nuit et peut être c'est pour ça qu'on a eu une chambre sans balcon juste à côté de la voie rapide... Donc pas de vue sur mer, même en se penchant, chambre peu lumineuse dans le renfoncement de l'établissement, et du bruit de voitures toute la nuit... Attention, la photo avec la piscine est trompeuse: il s'agit bien de la piscine de l'établissement mais les chambres que vous voyez derrière - avec les volets bleus- font partis d'un autre établissement !"

"Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests."
