"I did not realize until I had gotten there that we were staying at an adjacent addresss , not the original building. It was nice to have some access to the original building when we went for breakfast. There was construction going on near the property on the “mountain side” had I know, I would have selected the lake view. Breakfast was in a beautiful room and had a wide variety of dishes."

"I had a decent stay here. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, maintained, and the rooms are comfortable, even if they run a little on the smaller side. The main drawback is the location. It is not particularly convenient if you are looking to spend most of your time in the city center. Getting back and forth took a bit of effort/time. "Hotel was close enough to old town Salzburg. Breakfast area was crowded. Room does not have phone for local use use or room to room calling. Our tv was slow to respond to change of channel."

"This hotel met and exceeded our expectations! The staff was excellent and attended to our every need. If we had more time; we would love to have staryed longer. The breakfast was excellent with a plentiful array of options. We enjoyed the pool with the nice outdoor area beside it. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. We cannot say enough of how great this hotel is!"
