"We loved this hotel; staff was amazing, the shuttle was quick and easy, and the room was really comfortable. Pros: the king bed was heavenly, one of the most comfortable I've slept on. The food was pricey but delicious, and the shuttle was always on time. There was some construction in the dining areas, so we did miss some choices. It was a short walk to the park. Cons: there was only one hook (other than the small loop for hand towel) in the bathroom; no place to hang toiletry bags or all of our towels. We had a great time and would recommend this hotel."

"When I checked in, I was dismayed to find two busses full of high school kids were also checking in. They proceeded to the pool en masse and until closing time, about 40-50 kids were screaming, splashing, and playing music on their own speakers... right outside my window. I asked the clerk if I could be moved away from that nightmare, and he said he couldn't do anything as I'd booked it here and not directly. They also did nothing about the overcrowded area (no one else could use it), or the noise. I survived that night only to have hotel workers wake me at 8am with power saws and welders 2 feet from my window, replacing the pool's fence (as well as leaf blowers at that hour). My room adjoined with another, and I could clearly hear the couple next door speaking as if they were in my room (they were at a normal speaking voice). Aside from that nightmare, the room was terrible. The only work space was a foot from the air conditioner so you were blasted with cold air without a way to turn it off. The bathroom lights were on a motion sensor, so if one were to have to get up in the night to use it, you were blinded by 1000 watts of fluorescent light with no way of avoiding it. The breakfast was the rubberiest eggs and sausage I've ever had the misfortune to experience and the coffee was weak. Because of this, I will never ever stay at any Hampton Inn ever again."

"Our toilet over flowed and when I called the front desk the lady acted like she was put out because we needed a plunger. I also told her there was water all over the bathroom floor and asked to have it cleaned up. She brought us the plunger but nothing else. Frustrated I asked for towels since clearly no one was coming to clean it up. Again she seemed put out and came back with 2 bathmats and one towel. We had to use every towel in the room to soak up the water leaving us to not be able to shower because the floor was covered in soaking wet towels and we had no clean ones. How this hotel had such a high rating is beyond me. I wasn't expecting something super fancy but for the price was expecting more. The pictures on the website were very misleading. 10 outta 10 don't recommend this hotel."

"Have stayed here often and it never disappoints. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is always attentive and pleasant. This is my go to place when I visit family in the area."

"The stay was amazing - love the hotel and the facilities but the lobby bar and seating area was significantly understaffed at peak service times. It took 90 minutes for us to get dinner one night and that was only after my husband went into the bar and placed our food order. One person working the tables (even with a manager bussing) is terrible for the staff and the customers! I would consider implementing an order system that has guests place orders using a QR code for the table and having staff handle greeting people and delivering orders to tables. Room, decor, staff were great and vibes were high but food service needs work."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom accessories of soap & shampoo had a nice scent. Blackout curtains that close completely would be helpful for a good night sleep. Sounds from the streets & neighborhood were loud, even with window closed."
