"Hotel foyer, reception and first floor is exceptional. We were a little disappointed with the room and the condition they were in. Clearly the building has been renovated but painting over corrosion, seeing rust and mould in the bathroom didn't live up to the $800 a night we paid."

"The hotel is well appointed and located. The room was comfortable, bathroom even better. The hotel has a musty, damp odour however which was unpleasant. Improved with the a/c on but still lingered in the hallways and lift."

"HIghly recommend Hotel Bondi as a place to stay. Staff people were very helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my talks with the front desk people. They made me feel like I belonged and safe, which is important as I was travelling alone to Australia. Room was outstanding, very clean and quite comfortable. Food was excellent, bar staff was very attentive. Can't say enough about the beach view!! The veranda was my favorite spot in the evening."

"We stayed at the View Sydney on 3 separate occasions whilst in Sydney, the rooms are very nice and clean , with great views of the Harbour Bridge. On our first stay our room had an interconnected door , the people in the next room kept trying the door and rattling it ( we did report to main desk who where helpful and sorted the issue). On our second stay we asked for a room with no interconnected door which was a lot better and quiter due to solid wall.(recommend asking for these rooms) 3rd...

"Best hostel in Australia ! First the room was big enough, with confortable bed, big lockers and curtains ! !! ! Then everything was clean, someone clean the toilets multiple time a day so it's always good ! The breakfast is amazing, you have everything you need ☺️ It's quite social but not party, so you can do nice activities to meet people, and still sleep in silence at night. It can feel a bit cliquy with all the British around, but you'll find someone to be friend with ^^ Anyway, can't...

"Wow, the Medusa is absolutely fabulous! Love the beautifully designed interior which has bags of character and uses gorgeous colours, textures and sumptuous materials to create a feeling of period splendour and true luxury. Staff were fun, friendly and helpful. Evenings on the balcony, shaded by a pretty tree complete with fairylights and the occasional visit from a shy possum, were divine. A truly memorable stay."
