Very clean room, kids received a little welcome bag, coin laundry on the 6th floor, close to all major train lines and the staff was amazing, they helped us track a package that was supposed to arrive in the morning and within a few minutes we received an answer and a few minutes later the package arrived. I would definitely recommend!"

"Located around a 10 minute walk from the JR station. The check in/out process was easy. The room was well maintained. Convenience stores are nearby and some decent dining options nearby. Cons is the washer and dryer is not the best. Took forever to dry the clothes...maybe like 1.5 hours to 2 hours to dry a standard load (like it dry and toasty)."
