"Amazing stay"

"The staff were fantastic, food here is really nice. It’s a bit far away from the main shops but definitely walkable and you can hire bikes from reception. The only slight downside was there was some construction work ongoing which could be a bit noisy but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again! "

"The property itself was in a great location in regards to things around the island and the harbor but it was noisy being right next to the restaurant at the hotel. I asked if their construction would continue the next few days and they said no just today, but every day when we tried to nap we’d hear the hammers . I even ask if I could pay for an upgrade to escape the noise but never got back to me. In the evening it was loud until 10p because people were drinking and eating at the restaurant. At...

"Swimming with turtles!!!"

"We had the best stay at Nero North. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay so special. Food was excellent. We loved watching the breathtaking sunsets and having dinner on the beach. The pool is large and excellent for swimming. Some of the best snorkeling I’ve ever had, accessible just by walking into the water on Nero North’s beach. Thank you for everything. Hope to return again. "

"Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. The night we couldn't sleep as the room has no windows and no soundproof. you can hear talking staff until midnight as if they were staying in your room. It was super hot upstairs becasue...
