"I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience due to continuous noise disturbances caused by a dog staying in a neighboring room. For two consecutive nights, the dog barked repeatedly, especially during the night and early morning hours. The noise made it extremely difficult for me to sleep and significantly affected the quality of my stay. I chose your hotel expecting a quiet and comfortable environment, but the constant barking made this impossible. I understand that some guests travel with pets; however, the noise should be properly managed to avoid disturbing other guests. I believe the situation should have been addressed promptly once the disturbance became apparent. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve noise control measures so future guests will not have the same experience. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response."

"The outside of the quality inn was damaged. It literally looked like you were pulling up to a trap house. There was random grills in the parking lot outside my window. There was a roach in my hotel room! As soon as I entered the hotel the manager was on the phone screaming at someone. The best part of my trip was leaving. "
