"Great staff, requested non smoking room, it was a smoking room, room was cleam but smelled terrible, pool and hot tub was great, breakfast was not good at all, no orange juice in machine, no pancake batter in machine, everything else was ok. Things could have been better. Location was good for us, rate was good as well."

"Another great extended stay here. This location has been our only hotel experience in the Bend area. We've been here before and will continue to stay here. Very close to the Old Mill District and literally a couple minutes from the Old Downtown area. We love the location and the rooms are nice, clean, and have the amenities we use and appreciate. Staff have always been very pleasant and accommodating. My Place is and will be our go-to when visiting Bend."

"Everything was very clean. There is breakfast every morning and they have coffee available in the lobby all day. Everyone was very helpful. Location is great! We will definitely be staying here again (although, I am not a fan of the paid parking). "
