There was one Front desk woman who was very stressed, answering calls and managing checkins, complaining rooms aren't clean, said we would have to wait an hour for a room. I asked for any room avail sooner as we were exhausted, and after 15 minutes she found a smaller room which had been cleaned for us. The room had been cleaned but not well, smelled horrible, of spray trying to cover up other odors. There...

"Disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t open the entire stay. $20 for parking is a bit steep for the area considering there was no other events going on. For those paying for a room they shouldn’t be charged for parking. Parking is not at a shortage….. and no Pepsi products for sale. We also had to ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa and when we were given it weren’t given a pillow case when we specifically asked for it."

"This is one of my favorite places to stay in Bend. Its location is perfect; right in downtown but only a 15 minute walk to the mill area. Very quiet, clean, and the rooms are fairly large. Had a great stay, can’t wait to come back!"

"No elevators should be made clear. For guests in their 70s, it is very difficult to carry luggage up and down stairs not to mention the safety hazard it creates. Staff was friendly but room had chipped paint everywhere and didn’t smell good."

"The property is not safe, the doors do not lock, the mattress has a burn whole, the bathroom was dirty and when we tried to check out early for our safety no one was around. Then they refused to provide a refund, even for the night we didn’t stay. This property should not be on Expedia, it is basically like a flop house. Awful and unsafe."
