There was mold in the fridge, crumbs on the floor, and mold in the fridge. We were told the room had been cleaned but it was obvious they just came in and made the beds without changing the sheets. "It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Daily hot breakfast was also great. Room was clean and also they provided soft room service daily. Located in middle of natural scenic. Plenty of parking spots. Free laundry room just need to buy detergent. Over all great experience"

"That was the worst experience of staying at a hotel in my entire life! There was a guest next door to us blasting their EDM music until 4:30am and I only slept for 1 hour. I went downstairs to tell the receptionist since they weren’t answering the phone and when they came to check, they said they couldn’t hear anything. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, well-organized, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Although parking requires an additional fee, the overall experience was excellent and well worth it. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay."

"Freeway noise and staff not very friendly as most are not well trained to respect or appreciate their customers more who pay for their income sadly. Otherwise convenient and well maintained. Wish more hanging hooks or closet area for clothes."

"There were a lot of hair on the bed, some red marks, sheets didn’t look washed, everything was old and beat up, no bathtub, rusty features full of hair - and they said they would not refund me even if I checked out two nights ahead of time."
