"Nice single night stay. We arrived early and inquired whether we could check baggage or if any rooms were prepared, the staff was polite enough to explain neither option was capable however we could park while we left the property for the better part of the day. Everything was clean. Check in and out went smoothly. Location was extremely convenient. I used to work in the area and it was not the best, but this hotel has gone to lengths to improve the ambiance. They also provide a coupon for the Denny's restaurant next door. If you are seeking a luxurious stay in a resort I recommend looking somewhere else, but if you just want a good night's rest and feel safe for a couple days this joint excels. I didn't enjoy the pool, but it looked nice and maintained. "

"The laundromat coin system was not easy to navigate. The bar code on the washing machine was torn off and not able to be scanned. The front desk manager stated to go online and start an account. Not laundry friendly. Other hotels have easier customer use."

When I came in with a late dinner and went to my room, the key didn't work. The young woman at the counter was weird when I asked for my keys to be reset (I had my keys), she took a long time and then said she needed to check my reservation again. I had been there the night before, and my stuff was in the room. It felt weird, like I was suspicious. She could have handled it better."
