"Rooms are very clean, staff is always helpful, Deliscia at the bar is ALWAYS a pleasure to see, she is a wonderful person with a great personality. I stay at this Holiday Inn every time I am in Cedar Falls. The only complaint I have is that this hotel should offer FREE breakfast especially considering the room rates, I have stayed at other hotels around the country that were just as nice that offer complimentary breakfast with your stay and they were better breakfasts than what you charge for at...

"Wife and I booked a room for one night. We were very disappointed with our stay. We mainly picked this property because of recent reviews and was one of very few hotels that had a hot tub. The pool is very tiny and every noise a young kid makes echos all throughout the pool area. The pool is in a desperate need of a cleaning. It is disgusting looking how dirty the sides and floor is. "Im not a fan of pet friendly hotels and there was a barking dog at check in with a very stressed owner yelling at it. The staff was very professional and hotel was quite clean so I gave it a good review as I had a great stay."

"This place is in a convenient location on the west side of town. You can walk to restaurants. However, this motel was very dirty—stained hallway carpeting, faint smell of cigarette smoke, people were loud at night. The room itself was pretty clean. Water pressure not so good. Doubt I’ll stay here again."

"Need to provide small milk cartons and NOT a pitcher of milk! Very unsanitary!! YUK!!! Better selection of different yogarts. Went for breakfast at 7:00 am and only three yogarts left to select from. A screwdriver was left in our bathroom so we could open and close sink drain with it. The bathroom door wouldn't close do to the door not fitting in frame. I was NOT impressed with Hampton Inn this time and have stayed there more than a dozen times over the last six years."

"Great stay at the Tremont. Cayla the hostess was pleasant and helpful. JP and Jennifer were lively as well with pleasant conversation. I believe all our problems were handled well. I would ask that more electronic outlets would be added but the room was fresh and lovely. Diner was wonderful for coffee and breakfast. Bar and restaurant are just as good."

"Our room was smokeless but it still smelt like smoke… the Fridge wasn’t fully cleaned… & the cabinets were a bit old & bear up. But I felt safe since they lock the front doors at 8pm. The staff was welcoming, which is so nice with a late check in (10pm). It worked for what we needed."

"Unfortunately, this hotel was very unkept I saw several cockroaches during my three day day. I’d originally booked seven but only could handle three. The room smelled heavily of smoke and the floors were so dirty that every time I walked my shoes stuck to the floor. There was a thick grime residual by the refrigerator that was coated in hair. The only reason why I am giving it. A two star is because that there were very friendly and nice, but overall the hotel itself was not."
