"Room was overpriced for a concert, £400 per night when £220 normally. I’d expect an uplift but not this much. Room was worn, fan and windows dusty and unclean. Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use. Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable No bar as closed. WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place. Breakfast mediocre"

"When checked in the room given had not been cleaned but after a couple of hours the room was cleaned and was given free breakfast which was ok.Great location."

That took an extra 30 minutes and lots of walking back and forth, as they did not seem to believe us that the card key was not working at first. Finally we got in the room. The room was pretty nice, but no refrigerator. For the price we paid, I thought that would be included, so was disappointed. "Bathroom was looking tired, tiles loose on wall and taps falling apart. Silicone needed replacing. No air conditioning available despite the controllers etc present. Fans provided but those weren’t much help. Breakfast was good and externally hotel looked lovely"

"The welcome was very good. A welcome bottle of cold water was lovely. While not luxury the room was absolutely fine. Clean en suite. Nice white sheets and the bed was comfortable. Air con in the room was lovely and a well equipped tea and coffee tray. Use of a kitchen was offered but I didn’t need it. I managed to get a parking space more or less outside. I would book again."
