"We had to have our room changed because there was no heat. I was upgraded to a larger room, but we lost our view of the waterfalls. Which was significant to me. They did not charge me for the upgrade. It would have been nice if they had a coffee machine in the room. In order to get coffee in the morning, you needed to go to the hotel lobby. The heated bathroom floors were fantastic."

Stayed awake half the night.... the next door neighbours were loud past 11p.m. despite the hotel's policy.... would not consider revisiting this place. "
