Leonardo Inn Glasgow West End
Staff were very helpful and keen to serve us. The two guys who looked after us went above and beyond. When I asked about leaving a gratuity on the card payment they advised it will take some time for them to see any of it. Is that correct?

Stayed here a couple of times before. I think they have improved things. Staff were great, rooms are perfect. Breakfast is worth including. So many good options! And reasonable parking charge.
