"We stayed for the weekend. Had an easy check-in. We had one comfortable king bed, large clean room, nice bathroom. On Saturday we walked around Scranton for a total of 7 miles, so the hot tub was a welcomed amenity. The staff was very polite and professional. Morning continental breakfast was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back to Sparks by Hilton!"

"This facility is located in a shopping complex with Area nearby. Quite a number of restaurants within walking distance (Chic-Fil-A, Chipotle, Outback, Texas Road House, etc.). It is close to highway (actually 1/2 of the rooms facing highway). Could be a little noisy in the early morning. The room is spacious and clean, the facility is clean and well maintained. The breakfast has limited variety, although adequate for the facility."

"I stay here at this very ine at least 3, 4 times a month. I travel for work however this trip on 5/30 I only have one issue an I never have issues. No matter if one person has a reservation, always always make sure there is enough face clothes. Wash clothes, cloth to step out the shower an towels. I say that because this time they only gave me one wash cloth.. No hand towels. Was very little tissue on the roll. En arrivant ils m'ont demandé ma carte de crédit en me disant que c'était pour la sécurité en cas que je brise quelque chose mais voilà que expédia m'a chargé $ $111.17 Canadien et eux $142.75 US ce qui donne $200.61 Canadien pour une nuit ce qui fait un total de $311.78 Canadien. "We had an okay stay at the Comfort Inn West Hazleton while on a golf trip and stayed for two nights. The room itself was nice, and the shower pressure was excellent—one of the best parts of our stay. The wings in the restaurant were delicious, and the complimentary breakfast was good each morning. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The biggest downside was that both our room and the hallway carpets had a noticeable dog odor. We also heard dogs...

"Let's start with the positives, the hotel is in a convenient location to Mohegan sun, and the room was spacious, after that there not much positive to say. Yes the room was clean, but the shower head being held in by caulk, the stains on the ceiling, the iron board being broken, the TV not working, are just some of the disappointing things about the hotel. "Breakfast food was stale. We needed to ask to have our room turned over daily and we had to ask everyday as wasn’t done even when we asked. Facilities were clean overall. Not enough places to put your things in the room. No microwave. Not enough hooks, bathroom fan didn’t work and bathroom tiles were loose. One staff nighttime worker only who was very nice/responsive."

Cons: - Both shampoo bottles were sticky. - This was the only stop during our cross country drive where we felt like one of us needed to watch the half packed car while preparing to check out (after seeing someone wandering around)."
