"​I had called a week ago to make sure the 4-year-old was added to the booking, and the lady told me it was "common sense" and she didn't need to check. But when I got there, she flipped. She started shouting at me in the lobby, claiming me as a "criminal" and a "liar" because the child wasn't on the original Expedia paperwork. ​She eventually told me she’d let us in, but only if I "acknowledged the crime and lie" I had committed. It was the most unhinged, bullying behavior I’ve ever seen. I told her I’d rather take my business elsewhere, and she promised she’d answer the phone if Expedia called to authorize a refund. ​Well, she lied. I stood outside the hotel and watched through the window as she intentionally ignored three calls from the Expedia agent who was trying to help me. She just stood there and let it ring to try and strand us."

"I needed a bed and a shower for about 7 hours. That's what I got. The in wall heater worked (early May), the room was clean, and the water pressure and temperature for the shower was good. WiFi was available and connecting was simple albeit via password. The deadbolt on the door would not engage and there was no night latch or door chain to keep the door secured. The room doors open onto the parking lot so if you stay here, bring something to help keep the door secured. This is a very dated (mid 60's I'd guess) motor court style motel. As a lone traveler, I sometimes prioritize saving money over decor. Convenient location for my requirements in Fort Worth, reasonably good restaurant options close by. It's old, but still useful."

"Overall, it wasn’t horrible, I’ve certainly stayed in worse hotels. My biggest issue was the door to my room creaked really loudly as it opened and closed. And it closed quite slowly which made the noise even more obnoxious, because it was long and drawn out. I felt sorry for the guests in the rooms adjacent and across the hall."

"There was very little to choose from for breakfast. The staff at checkin have no experience or customer service knowledge. I complained about constant floor noise above us which never stopped in 3 days. The room was pleasant but the bathroom toilet was so close to the wall that you couldn't sit down easily. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. This will not be my first choice to stay again. "
