"We really enjoyed our staycation at The Bradley!! We enjoyed the piano bar, the heaters on the rooftop deck oddly enough kept the whole deck warm and comfortable. It was cold and had rained all day but we were able to be outside and enjoy the evening. The food, I can’t say enough about the food! Phenomenal! "I was attending an event at the Allen County War Collesium and this property is within 4 minutes and easy to get to. The property itself is fine for an overnight. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors in my room. The air conditioner did not really work so I opened the window. Also, the room had a stale cigarette smell and the hallway reaked of Marijuana both nights I stayed. Staff was fine but it felt like I was bugging them both when I checked in and checked out."

"The safety measures at this hotel were horrible. 1st- we checked in and the front desk person announcement the room number of the couple in front of us and also announced our room number while other people were in the lobby. Secondly, the door to the outside would not lock and anyone could have access to the rooms in the hotel. We did not feel safe at all and ended up not staying and losing out of $155."

"They r under renovations . Staff was quite friendly . I had booked my room app. Nine months before arrival and had pd . But upon arrival was told there was a problem . I was definitely surprised . I was offered a handicapped room there or a 2 bedroom at another hotel . We were exhausted so we took current handicap room there . But was given a full refund . Which was very kind . Just was very confused. The next morning at breakfast 3 ladies near us told us they had booked there room 4 days...

We wish we had … We are travelling to Fort Wayne on a monthly basis now and will not be staying at this Best Western - even if the nightly rate seems reasonable. "
