I also had a negative experience with one of the staff members when I asked if they could open the door between the hotel and the garage. This wasn't my understanding when we booked the room, but I didn't want to investigate. We also wanted to take the shuttle from the airport to the hotel when we arrived around 11pm. "It's a good place to stay for a night. Staff was kind, but each time I needed assistance, I had to call the front desk number to get the staff attention to come to the front desk. The rooms were cleaned well, however there were a few stains in the bath tube and hair on the sink counter. The towels and shower curtain could be changed out. I was surprised the lobby did not have a public restroom for guests."
