I was offered a handicapped room there or a 2 bedroom at another hotel . We were exhausted so we took current handicap room there . But was given a full refund . Which was very kind . Just was very confused. The next morning at breakfast 3 ladies near us told us they had booked there room 4 days...

"When we checked in, we were not told the breakfast bar was going to be down for the weekend and not accommodated for this at all. We did not have a room cleaned and had to call to ask for towels they have one of us to pick them up at the front desk no coffee refill for the amount of money that we paid. I would’ve expected a little bit better service. I wasn’t even aware of the $75 hold fee that was charged on my account. The location was great because it was right across the street from the...

"Room was clean and quiet. The breakfast looked good but we didn’t have time to eat but did get great coffee as we left. Will stay again when in Fort Wayne. . "

"When I checkef in I was told they overbooked double beds and if i wouldn't mind getting a single bed with a couch bed. When I opened the couch bed, it was dirty and so was the mattress. After I called and complained, I was given a room with a double bed. "

"I had reserved 3 rooms with double beds. But at check in, staff indicated since they were sold out there were only 2 rooms w a double and 1 room w a king. I made the reservation several weeks ago so should have been able to meet my request of 3 double rooms."

"The staff is fantastic. Rooms were clean. Working microwave and refrigerator. Was able to connect my fire stick. Breakfast is carbs carbs carbs. Road noise is a little loud, but would definitely stay there again."

"The safety measures at this hotel were horrible. 1st- we checked in and the front desk person announcement the room number of the couple in front of us and also announced our room number while other people were in the lobby. Secondly, the door to the outside would not lock and anyone could have access to the rooms in the hotel. We did not feel safe at all and ended up not staying and losing out of $155."

"Staff was not very welcoming we didn't feel safe to stay the night there. We really just checked in and checked out since the first initial room we were given had a dirty restroom and the ac did not work and had a wired smell. Then the second room had the same problem the ac didn’t work. Until the 3rd room the ac finally worked but by that point we had already decided we were not gonna be staying there. The rooms were really not as shown and looked very unclean."
