"The fact that it was in a historic train station was a huge selling point for me, being a train lover and all. I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, but I also got a room that was facing the Delaware-Lackawanna railroad so I was able to see trains going by from my room all day. Although not the biggest issue, it would also be nice if there was complimentary breakfast."

"Our room was not ready until 2.5 hrs after check-in without apology. The desk person acted like we were the inconvenience for showing up. The lobby was full of others that were waiting as well. The couch had a large obvious urine stain; sheets with another stain; water spots on ceiling. We asked for more towels and were told they did not have any. After further request, desk person stated she would "check the dryer". She came back with two. Gym closed for renovation; pool open, but water was...

"The room was very clean, very comfortable and quiet. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. One thing I was very impressed with was the bar: direct access from the hotel and the food was amazing. We enjoyed the swimming pool which was one of the key points when choosing the hotel. And the breakfast was fairly healthy."

"They were very accommodating for us when we lost power. The room was perfect. Bed was insanely comfortable. I will be looking for a new bed for the house soon. 😂. The pool.. well. Everytime we tried it waa full and towels all used. But it was okay. Shows other people enjoyed themselves as well."

"The hotel staff always goes above and beyond to accommodate guests....very friendly...esp John. There are several restaurants to choose from, several of which can accommodate dietary restrictions. Plenty of nightly and/or weekly entertainment for adults in addition to harness racing and gambling. Downside: smell of cigarette smoke in common areas and hotel lobby which drifts over from casino. Thank goodness there are smoke-free hotel rooms and smoke-free restaurants."

"I liked the convenient (and free) parking, the landscaping in the courtyard, the elevator, the clean room, good-working (and quiet) air-conditioner (& controlled by a thermostat on wall), a good bed with a variety of bed pillows, nice big tub-shower, with convenient pump bottles of shampoo, body wash, etc, and easy room check-out. :)"
