"I purchased a Lake View Room, when I arrived they said my room was not available yet and moved me to another room. I could see the lake only if I stood behind the T.V. All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room. "In a good spot in the city, but there were a lot of issues- broken elevator, no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Had to switch rooms bc the mildew smell in the first was awful. Comfy beds."
