"Very nice hotel, beautiful property. No complaints."

"2 things/ breakfast could have been better and our heater was loud. Otherwise it was good"

"Nothing"

"They could wash the windows better to look at the falls !!"

"Had a great stay however the cleaning staff struggled to make the beds properly upon cleaning the room"

"Clean, well maintained hotel located in the center of it all. Rooms were great and hotel staff were helpful & friendly. Parking fee of $25 was higher than necessary. Otherwise, I would return again in the future."

"I celebrated my partner’s 55th birthday at this beautiful historic hotel, and overall, we had a very enjoyable experience. The room was generally clean and well-maintained; however, I did notice an accumulation of dust behind the nightstand, along with a discarded water bottle. "Bon déjeuner"

"Location is o.k.. When I booked according to my opinion it was the hotel who offer best ratio quality/price"

"Great stay at a nice spot. Thank you."

"The check in staff ( I believe his name was Justin) was super friendly and helpful. I can’t say the same about the day that I left. "The staff was very welcoming and the premises were kept clean. My only complaint was that I requested a King Room with a whirlpool. However, when my fiance was ready to use it, the jets did not work."

"Loved the fireplace in the room and the use of the bikes"

"No heating in the room"

"We had a great view of the Canadian and US Falls. Easy walk to anywhere you wanted to go around the Falls and several places to eat and explore. Travel guide in the hotel gave us a map and explained a lot of interesting things in the area. The restaurant in the hotel had a really nice breakfast buffet. Would definitely go back to the hotel in a future trip. Parking was easy too."
