"Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor."

The owners or managers need to hire better personnel who actually care about serving this hotel’s guests."
