"I was disappointed as I have stayed in Hyatt resort properties before and while I didn't expect a resort experience it was subpar when compared to similar Hilton or Marriott properties. The breakfast area was dirty and the selection wasn't appealing. You had to hunt for utensils and napkins since they seemed to be scattered about and not together. When I arrived, I did not have wash cloths or hand towels. I got wash cloths by the next day but never got had towels. I like the walk in showers and that was a plus since I hate having to climb in a bathtub. Parking was ample and the location was good. The staff I interected with were helpful and friendly."
